Police in a raid recovered Tk3 crore in cash along with foreign currencies in the capital’s Mohammadpur area on Friday

A team of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) raided the house located at Block-F on Babar Road, according to the DMP media division.

Then, the police found Tk3,01,10,166 in cash, and US dollar 3,000,  Malaysian ringgit 1,320, Saudi riyal 2,969, Singapore dollar 4,122, Australian dollar 1,915, Korean yuan 35,000, and Chinese yuan 199, which are equivalent to Tk10,03,306.

Besides, the police found prize bonds worth Tk74,400.
