Two motorcycle riders were killed as a truck hit their motorbike in Shahjahanpur upazila in Bogra last night.

The deceased were Palash, 33, and Apel, 30, both residents of Gandogram village of the upazila. They were heading toward Natore riding this motorcycle.

Officer-in-Charge of Shahjahanpur Police Station Abdul Wadud said the accident occurred around 1.15 am on the Bogura-Natore highway in Jora area when a truck hit the motorcycle from the opposite direction, leaving two bike riders dead on the spot.
