PM provides cheque to Pilkhana martyred family

DHAKA: The relatives of slain army personnel of Pilkhana carnage met Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at Prime Minister’s Office on Tuesday morning.

The premier talked to the family members and relatives of killed army officials and handed over checque to them.

Army Chief Lieutenant General Iqbal Karim Bhuiyan was present on the occasion.

On February 25, 2009, a total of 74 people, including 57 army officials were killed in Pilkhana carnage.
