The Bangladesh Meteorological Department has forecasted dry weather with temporary partly cloudy skies across the country for the next 24 hours, starting from 9 am today. 

A mild cold wave is currently affecting Rajshahi and Moulvibazar, though it is expected to subside.

A ridge of sub-continental high extends to West Bengal and the western part of Bangladesh, while a seasonal low persists over the South Bay. 

Light to moderate fog is likely to develop late at night and early morning.

Both night and day temperatures are expected to rise slightly over the country. 

The maximum temperature on Saturday was recorded at 30.8°C in Teknaf, while the minimum temperature today was 08.5°C in Srimangal.

In Dhaka, winds will blow from the west/northwest at a speed of 6-12 km/h. 

The sun will set at 5:50 pm today and rise at 6:35 am tomorrow.
