Dr. Anisuzzaman Choudhury has been appointed as the Special Assistant to the Chief Adviser (CA) with the rank of a State Minister.

The Cabinet Division issued a notification in this regard on Monday (March 10).

According to the notification, the CA has appointed Dr. Anisuzzaman Choudhury as his Special Assistant with the status of a State Minister. He has also been given executive authority over the Ministry of Finance to assist the Adviser.

During his tenure, he will enjoy the salary, allowances, and privileges of a State Minister.

The order takes effect immediately.
