The joint forces arrested 477 people across the country in the last 24 hours under 'Operation Devil Hunt,' the Police Headquarters reported on Saturday afternoon.
The Police Headquarters reported that 870 additional people, wanted in various cases, were also apprehended during this period.
On the seventh day of the operation, the joint forces seized a pistol, two magazines, 20 bullets, three knives, two machetes, and three hammers.
The government launched a nationwide security operation on February 8 to curb unrest and ensure public safety.
