The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has forecasted predominantly dry weather across the country for the next 24 hours, starting from this morning (March 1).
According to the forecast, conditions are expected to remain mostly dry, with a partly cloudy sky in some areas.
Daytime temperatures are anticipated to rise slightly, while nighttime temperatures may increase by 1-2°C nationwide.
The BMD also noted that the seasonal low persists over the South Bay.
However, isolated rain or thunderstorms, accompanied by temporary gusty winds, are possible in one or two areas of Sylhet Division.
On Friday, the highest temperature recorded was 32.6°C in Patuakhali (Barishal Division) and Bandarban, while the lowest temperature was 14.4°C in Tetulia, Rangpur Division.
In Dhaka, the sun is expected to set at 6:01 pm today, with sunrise at 6:20 am tomorrow.
