Moulvibazar: At least 30 people were injured in a road accident in Kusainagar area under Kulaura upazila of the district on Friday noon.

The accident took place around 11:00am.

Witnesses said a passenger bus of Shyamoli Paribahan plunged into a roadside ditch as its driver lost control over the steering in the area, leaving 30 people injured.

The injured were rushed to Kulaura and Moulvibazar hospitals.

Kulaura thana sub-inspector Farid Ahmad confirmed the matter to banglanews.
