DHAKA: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Tuesday said a natural historical museum and another most modern museum would be set up in the country.

The premier, also ruling Awami League president, made disclosure when a 4-member delegation of Bangladesh National Museum led by Cultural Affairs Minister Asaduzzaman Noor, called on her at Gano Bhaban in the morning.

Mahbubul Hoque Shakil, Special Assistant to Sheikh Hasina, said PM also gave directives to the ministry of cultural affairs to take swift steps in this regard.

Secretary to the Prime Minister’s Office M Abul Kalam Azad, Cultural Affairs Secretary Dr Ranjit Kumar Biswas, Chairman of Board of Trustees of National Museum M Azizur Rahman and PM’s Special Assistant Mahbubul Hoque Shakil were present on occasion.
