DHAKA: An elderly man was killed and two of same family in a wall collapse in Sutrapur of the city on Thursday night.

The deceased was identified as Monoranjan Saha, 50, residing in Thakur Das Lane of that area.

Sutrapur Thana Sub-Inspector (SI) Saiful Islam informed banglanews that the incident took place during the Kalboishakhi on Thursday night 11:15pm.

Mentioning the house very much old, SI added that Monoranjan’s wife and daughter who got injured were rushed to the Sir Salimullah Medical College Hospital.

He said, ‘Deceased’s body also sent to there for autopsy’.
