DHAKA: Anti Corruption Commission is quizzing Nurul Huda, former chairman of Rajdhani Unnayan Kartripakkha (RAJUK) for the sake of investigation in the case of plot allocation to the then housing secretary Khondaker Shawkat Hossain.

ACC deputy director, also Investigation Officer of the case Jaton Kumar Roy started interrogation of Shawkat Hossain, also present expatriate welfare secretary, from 10:00am Sunday.

Pranab Kumar Bhatyacharia, deputy director of ACC (Public Relations), confirmed the matter to banglanews.

Earlier on February 27, the Anti-graft body quizzed Nurul Huda for alleged misappropriation in plot allocation in the Purbachal project, Uttara Residential project and Uttara Extension project.

On April 22, ACC filed three cases against expatriate welfare secretary Khandaker Shawkat Hossain for the allegation of illegal allocation of land to his wife, mother and himself.
