DHAKA: US Ambassador to Dhaka Dan W Mozena condoled the deaths in Munshiganj Launch capsize, that killed 25 and left more than hundred missing.

In his message on Friday morning, Mozena said, “I offer my deepest condolences to the victims and families of those lost in the MV Miraj–4 ferry sinking.  

I appreciate as well the many first responders who are assisting with rescue and recovery operations.  

On behalf of everyone at the US Embassy, I offer my sympathies and prayers to the victims, their families, and the people of Bangladesh.”
