Nur sued for keeping illegal arms

NARAYANGANJ: A case was filed against Nur Hossain, prime accused sensational Narayanganj 7-killing, on Friday morning following arms recovery from his residence.

Sub-Inspector Masududdin Khan filed the case with Siddhirganj Thana. Officer-in-Charge of the Thana Mohammad Alauddin confirmed the matter to banglanews. 

On May 15, following a High Court order, police conducted raid at the house of Nur Hossain at Siddhirganj to seize his movable wealth.

So far, police seized a revolver with eight rounds of bullet, eight rounds of cartridge of shotgun and deerskin along with other wealth including two sofa sets, two LCD TVs.

A 50-member team, led by Officer-in-Charge of Siddhirganj Thana Alauddin and under the supervision of Narayanganj district administration NDC Abul Kashem, conducted the raid.
