Cop commits suicide in Bagerhat

BAGERHAT: A police man committed suicide at the office of Bagerhat Police Super on Thursday morning.

The deceased was identified as Prolab Sen, 21, a constable of Bagerhat Police Super. 

Confirming the matter Bagerhat Police Super Nijamul Haque Mollah told banglanews, “Prolab joined at his work station from police barrack as usual around 8:00am. Then he committed suicide with his own rifle around 10:00am.”

Family feud could be the cause of suicide, he added.
