PABNA: Two people were killed and 5 others injured in a road accident in Kashinathpur area of Bera upazila of the district on Wednesday.

One of the deceased was identified as Abdur Razzak, 30, son of Magar Pramanik of Sayedpur village of the upazila. 

Officer-in-Charge Jasim Uddin of Aminpur police station said a rashly driven bus knocked three auto-rickshaws standing beside road, as its driver of it lost control over steering around 8:00am, leaving two people dead on the spot and five others injured.

The injured were whisked to the Bera Upazila Health Complex.
