MOULVIBAZAR: Two motorcyclists were killed and another was injured in a road accident beside the Lohani Tea Garden under Kulaura upazila of the district on Thursday.

The identities of the deceased could not be known immediately.

Local sources said that a passenger bus rammed into a motorcycle, carrying the three persons, in the area around 11:00am, leaving one motorcyclist dead on the spot and two others injured critically.

The injured were rushed to MG Osmani Hospital where another succumbed to his injury around 2:00pm.

Officer-in-Charge of Kulaura Thana Amal Kumar Dhar confirmed the matter to banglanews.
