DHAKA:  Latif Siddique will be ousted from cabinet and party both for his irresponsive remarks on Hajj, PM Sheikh Hasina says at Sylhet Airport returning from New York. 

The Premier came up with the comment while talking to journalists at Sylhet Osmani International Airport on Thursday morning. 

Sheikh Hasina said, “I am also shocked for controversial remarks of Latif Siddique that demeaned Hajj.”

The Prime Minister arrived home on Thursday morning after wrapping up her ten-day USA and UK tour. 

The aircraft carrying the PM and her entourage landed at Sylhet Osmani International Airport at 9.00am.

Earlier, a flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines (BG-061) carrying the Prime Minister left London Heathrow Airport for home at 6:50pm Wednesday.
