COMILLA: Two motorcyclists were killed in a road accident in Mokam area under Burichang upazila of the district on Saturday afternoon.

The identities of the deceased could not be known immediately.

Police and local sources said that a rashly driven covered van rammed into a motorcycle carrying them in the area at 3:00pm, leaving the motorcyclists dead on the spot.

Sergeant of Mainamati Highway Police Outpost Anwar confirmed the matter to banglanews.
