DNCC chief executive ‘criminal’: Nasim

DHAKA: Health Minister Mohammed Nasim termed chief executive of Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) BM Enamul Haque a ‘criminal’ as he permitted to set up markets for sacrificial animals during Eid-ul-Azha in front of hospitals.

The minister also asked Local Government and Rural Development (LGRD) ministry to take action against Enamul.

He made the assertion in a press briefing in secretariat in city on Wednesday.

Nasim said Enamul is a ‘criminal’ as he permitted to set up markets for sacrificial animals that caused severe problem for the patients.

DNCC chief executive is also an irresponsible person, the minister added.

Moreover, Nasim expressed deep sorrow for the inconvenience of the patients and said that they will not allow setting up animal markets for Eid-ul-Azha in future.
