HABIGANJ: Three machine guns, four barrels, eight magazines, eight magazine-holder chains and a Very High Frequency (VHF) radio set have been recovered from Satchhari National Park in Habiganj.

These firearms were recovered at 12:30pm Thursday. The special arms recovery drive that started on October 14 will continue for several days.

Confirming the matter to banglanews, Rapid Action Battalion (RAB)-9 of Sylhet’s Wing Commander Riyad Rayhan Rabbani said these firearms and ammunitions were unearthed from Balur Chharar Par of Satchhari National Park area.
