DHAKA: Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) on Tuesday sued Syeda Hasina Sultana, wife of former housing and public works minister Abdul Mannan, over attaining illegal and hiding information in wealth statement.

ACC deputy director Nasir Uddin filed the case with Ramna Thana of the city. The case no. is 35.

ACC deputy director (public relation) Pranab Kumar Bhattacharya confirmed the matter to banglanews.

Earlier, the corruption watchdog filed another case against Mannan on August 21 on the similar ground.
