DHAKA: Members of agyan (dope) party conned Tk 1.5 lakh from an electronics businessman in city’s Gulistan area on Sunday noon.

The victim is Muktadir Zaman Mukta, hailed from Narail district.

Brother of the victim Mohammad Milon said that Muktadir came to Dhaka with the cash money to buy electronics goods for his shop.

A gang of agyan party doped Muktadir and robbed his money in the area at noon.

“On information, I rushed to the place and found my brother unconscious on the street of Gulistan,” he added.

However, he was rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital immediately for treatment.
