DHAKA: Intruder Rohingyas have been running militant activities in different madrasas, orphanages, NGOs and even in universities accepting Burdwan blast accused Khaled Mohammad alias Nur as guru (ideal).

In press briefing over arrest three Rohingya militants of Jamatul Mujahidin Bangladesh (JMB), Detective Branch (DB) police made the disclosure on Monday noon.

The detectives also said they conducted the drive after getting information from Indian intelligence about involvement of Rohingyas in JMB militancy.

The arrestees are- Nur Hossain alias Rafiqul Islam, 26, Yasir Arafat, 22 and Omar karim, 25.

Earlier, DB Police arrested these trio from the city on Sunday night in connection to Burdwan blast in India.

The law enforcers also recovered explosives and bomb materials from their possessions.
