DHAKA: Ten thousand Bangladeshi workers will fly to Saudi Arabia per month with the expense of recruiting companies concerned.

Expatriates Welfare and Overseas Employment Minister Engineer Khandker Mosharraf Hossain made the disclosure after a meeting with 19-member Saudi Arabia delegation at his ministry around 10:45am Monday.

The minister also said the Bangladeshi workers will get 12,000-15,000 Saudi Riyals per month there.

According to him, some 10,000 Bangladeshis will be appointed from the country per month under 10 categories.

Some Tk 15,000-20,000 will be cost for processing including passport, visa and others. However, the employers or organizations will bear the costs, the minister added.
