GOALANDA (RAJBARI): Due to heavy fog, the authorities of Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Corporation (BIWTC) temporarily halted the ferry services between Daulatdia-Paturia.

Master of Shah Makhdum ferry Monir Hossain told banglanews that the decision to halt ferry services was taken around 10:45pm on Thursday.

The service will resume whenever the density of fog decreases, authorities added.
