TANGAIL: A 35-kilomiter tailback has been created on the Dhaka-Tangail highway due to road accident, stretching from Elenga to Mirzapur on Monday evening.
The agitated locals blockaded the highway protesting the road accident.
The tailback caused immense sufferings to the passengers.
Confirming the matter to banglanews, Tangail Traffic Police Officer Shah Mohammad Arifur Rahman said that law enforcers were deployed in the area to bring the situation under control.
