DHAKA: The Executive Committee of National Economic Council (ECNEC) has approved eight projects involving Tk 10,625 crore.

The approval came from the ECNEC meeting on Tuesday held at the NEC conference room in the city’s Sher-e-Bangla Nagar with its chairperson and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in the chair.

The government will provide over Tk 2529.50 crore, Tk 2618.41 crore from organization and Tk 5,478 crore will come from project aid.

Planning Minister AHM Mustafa Kamal told this to reporters after the meeting.
