DHAKA:  Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will host a reception Saturday for Team Masrafe for their outstanding success in the three-match One-Day International (ODI) Series and only T20 against visiting Pakistan.

The reception will be held through hosting lunch at the Prime Minister's official residence Ganobhaban, said PM's Deputy Press Secretary Ashraful Alam Khokan.

After good performance in the World Cup in Australia, New Zealand, Bangladesh whitewashed Pakistan in the ODI Series.

On Friday, Bangladesh beat Pakistan by seven wickets in the only Twenty20 international (T20I) in city’s at Mirpur.

Bangladesh Cricket Team and BCB officer and staff will be given reception for tigers’ outstanding achievement, he added.
