Italian citizen shot in Dinajpur

DINAJPUR: An Italian citizen sustained bullet injuries in attack by miscreants at BRTC bus stand in Dinajpur town on Wednesday morning.
 
The injured is identified as Dr Piero, physician of Sanvin Sento Hospital in Dinajpur. 
   
The man with bullet injuries has been admitted to Dinajpur Medical College Hospital, said Tarek, doctor of the hospital.

Parbatipur Lamp Hospital public relations officer Anos Saren told banglanews that Dr Piero is a priest. He is living at dormitory located on Novara Technical School premises of Suihari Catholic Mission.  

He came under attack this morning while going to his work place riding on a bye cycle.

On September 28, Italian aid worker Cesare Tavella was shot dead at the Gulshan diplomatic area in the capital.
