JAMALPUR: A district court sentenced five convicts to death for killing a boy, named Mostakim Billah, in Sadar upazila of the district.
District additional session judge Mohammad Wheduzzaman Shikdar passed the order around 11:40am on Wednesday (November 18).
The death sentence awardees were-- Hira, Shipon, Anwar, Lokman and Aynal.
Besides, another accused of the case, Faruk, got unconditional release.
