Police on Wednesday (August 10) arrested five persons, including a residential hotel manager, for their alleged involvement in anti-social activities at Konabari in Gazipur.

They were arrested in a police raid at Hotel Moon in Konabari Bazar area, said Konabari police station Sub-Inspector (SI) Sakhawat Imtiaz.

They were carrying out anti-social activities under the name of commercial service, he also said. 

Legal action in this regard is being taken, the SI added.
