Shakib Al Hasan gets AL nomination from Magura-1

The ruling Awami League has picked cricketer Shakib Al Hasan to contest 12th national parliament election from Magura-1 constituency.

Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader made the announcement in a press briefing on Sunday (November 26). 

Earlier, Shakib collected nomination forms for three constituencies including Magura-1 and Magura-2 constituencies, as well as the Dhaka-10 constituency from Awami League.
