Terming Transparency International Bangladesh (TIB) as BNP’s agent, Road Transport and Bridges minister Obaidul Quader today (Jan 18) said the TIB report is one-sided and anti-government. 

Quader also Awami League (AL) general secretary was addressing a press briefing at the party’s Dhanmondi office. 

He said TIB’s every word is one-sided; they advocate for BNP. They are an anti-government organisation. TIB also speaks the same language as BNP.

“History says that they were always against AL. They speak for BNP. We did not find impartiality in their research,” said Quader.

TIB said constructing Padma Bridge is impossible. The Centre for Policy Dialogue (CPD) also made the same comment. But the countrymen saw the reality, he added.
