Abduction case now filed against Hasina, 4 others

Another case has been filed against former prime minister Sheikh Hasina on charge of kidnapping a lawyer from the capital's Uttara in 2015.

Victim Supreme Court lawyer Sohel Rana filed the case with the court of Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Farzana Shakila Shumu Chowdhury today (Aug 14).

Former home minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal and former law minister Anisul Huq, former Inspector General of Police Shahidul Haque, and former Director General of RAB Benazir Ahmed along with 20 to 25 unidentified persons were also made the accused in the case.
