DHAKA: The first session of the 10th parliament was adjourned till 4:30pm Monday.  

Deputy Speaker M Fazle Rabbi Mia made the adjournment on Sunday evening.      

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina was present at the session but opposition leader Raushan Ershad was absent in the House.

Earlier the sitting of the first session of the 10th parliament resumed Sunday afternoon after four-day break.

The parliament session began at 4:30pm with Speaker Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury in the chair.
