AL leader expelled in Lalmonirhat

LALMONIRHAT: Aditmari upazila unit Awami League President Shawkat Ali and district AL member Azizul Islam Pradhan were expelled for ignoring the decision of the party.

General Secretary of district AL Advocate Motiar Rahman confirmed the matter to banglanews.

They were expelled for supporting the rebel candidate in the upazila polls on March 15, he added.
