RAJSHAHI: Chairmen, Vice-Chairmen and Female Vice-Chairmen of 39 upazilas of the division took oath at Rajshahi Shilpakala Academy on Thursday afternoon.

Rajshahi Divisional Commissioner Helaluddin Ahmed administered the oath.

Helaluddin Ahmed told the journalists that the gazette was published according to the results of first and second phase of fourth upazila polls.

“Of them, Chairmen, Vice-Chairmen and Female Vice-Chairmen of 39 upazilas of the division took oath today (March 27),” he added.

Deputy Election Commissioner of Rajshahi Division Subhash Chandra Sarker and deputy commissioner Mejbah Uddin Chowdhury also were present in the occasion.
