RAJSHAHI: The Election Commission (EC) on Monday withdrew three presiding officers appointed in Paba upazila of the district for fifth phase of the fourth upazila polls over alleged incompetence.

Rajshahi Upazila Election Returning Officer Saiful Islam confirmed the matter to banglanews.

Following a recommendation EC withdrew the three presiding officers. They are- Moslem Uddin of Baroipara Tilottomata government primary school center, Dalilur Rahman of Parila government Primary School center, Abdul Mazid of Tebaria government primary school center.
