KURIGRAM: Police nabbed 16 female activists of Jamaat-e-Islami Suicide Squad from Baguarchar village Upazila Rowmari Upazila of the district.

Mohammad Tabarak Ullah, Kurigram Superintendent of Police (SP), confirmed the matter to banglanews.

Police sources said a team of police conducted a drive in the area and picked up 16 female activists of Jamaat around 5:30pm Tuesday while planning to create sabotage.

The detainees would be produced before the court after investigation, the SP added.
