DHAKA: Police personnel, who were on-duty in front of BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia’s Gulshan residence, were withdrawn again on Monday morning.

Confirming the matter to banglanews, BNP chairperson’s press wing Shayrul Kabir Khan said a seven-member team of police, deployed in front of the residence, were removed around 7:30am.

However, he could not say anything about the reasons behind the withdrawal.

Earlier, the authorities concerned took away the police force from the place on March 1 and redeployed on April 5.
