EC decides to deploy army

DHAKA: Election Commission (EC) decided to deploy army from April 26 to 29 for upcoming Dhaka and Chittagong city corporation polls.

Commissioner Shahnewaz made the disclosure at a press briefing on Tuesday afternoon.

The elections are scheduled to be held on April 28.
