DHAKA: A delegation pro-BNP lawyers is holding a meeting with chief election commissioner Kazi Rakibuddin Ahmed on Monday, the day before of the elections in Dhaka North, Dhaka South and Chittagong City Corporations.

The team led-by BNP joint general secretary Barrister Mahbub Uddin Khokon, also Supreme Court Bar Association general secretary, reached the election commission secretariat around 1:35pm.

Earlier, BNP chairperson’s media wing officer Shairul Kabir Khan told banglanews that a delegation led by Barrister Mahbub Uddin Khokon are expected to meet the CEC to talk about different election related matters.
