DHAKA: Prime Minister and also Awami League (AL) chairperson Sheikh Hasina greeted BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia on the occasion upcoming Eid-ul-Azha festival.

An AL delegation handed over the greeting card to the BNP central office in city’s Naya Paltan area around 5:30pm on Thursday.

BNP international affairs secretary Dr Asaduzzaman Ripon received the letter on behalf of the party chairperson.

PM’s deputy press secretary Ashraful Alam Khokon confirmed the matter to banglanews.
