FROM DHANMONDI (AL PRESIDENT’S OFFICE): Ruling Awami League (AL) organizing secretary Khalid Mahmud Chowdhury commented that BNP does not want to keep country’s democratic process running smoothly.

Rather they intend to create anarchy, he added.

He made this comment at AL president’s office in city’s Dhanmondi area Wednesday morning as a response to BNP’s reaction over ongoing municipality polls.

The AL leader further said that BNP is using these sorts of words regarding the polls. Moreover, they are also demeaning country’s war of independence.

According to him, BNP leaders always deliver provocative speeches centering the election. ‘We apprehended this earlier,’ he added.
