KHAGRACHARI: The second day hartal called by five Bangali organizations is underway in Khagrachari district.

Hartal is being enforced as a protest of the approval of Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT) Land Dispute Resolution Commission (amended) Act 2016 by the cabinet.

Picketing incidents were reported in several parts of the district.

Earlier, five Bangali organizations imposed the hartal in three CHT districts to press their demands.
