WI Under-19 due on Dec 2

DHAKA: The West Indies under-19 team will arrive in Dhaka on December 2 Tigers on a 19-day tour to play seven One Day Internationals against the Bangladesh youths.

The first two One dayers will be played at Chittagong`s Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium Dec 7 and Dec 9.

The third match will be played on December 12 at the Sheikh Kamal International Cricket Stadium in Cox`s Bazar.

Both teams will then move to Dhaka to lock horns in the fourth and the fifth matches Dec 13 and 16 at Khan Shaheb Osman Ali Stadium.

The sixth and the seventh games will be played at Sher e Bangla National Stadium Dec 18 and 20.

Earlier on November 28, the Bangladesh Cricket Board has announced a 14-member Under-19 squad for the upcoming One-Day series against West Indies to be started on December 7.

Bangladesh Squad:

SQUAD: Mehidy Hassan Miraz (captain), Jasim Uddin (vice-captain/ wicketkeeper), Shadman Islam, Najmul Hossain, Yasir Ali Chowdhury, Musaddek Hossain, Saeed Sarkar, Joyraj Sheik, Abu Hider, Rifat Pradhan, Mustafizur Rahman, Nihad-Uz-Zaman, Jubair Hossain and Rahatul Ferdous.

West Indies Squad

Ramaal Lewis ( Captain), Jeremy Solozano (Vice Captain) Fabien Allen, Tagenarine Chanderpaul, Bryan Charles, Tristan Coleman,  Jonathan Drakes,  Shimron Hetmyre, Jerome Jones, Ray Jordan, Brandon King, Preston McSween, Marquino Mindley, Gudakesh Motie, and Nicholas Pooran.
