Bangladesh beat Sri Lanka in 2nd T20I

In the second T20 International (T20I) between Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, Bangladesh emerged victorious with a commanding performance, defeating Sri Lanka by 8 wickets. 

The match, held at a packed stadium, witnessed an exciting display of cricketing prowess from both sides. Sri Lanka, batting first, set a challenging target of 165/5 in their allotted 20 overs.

In reply, the Bangladeshi batsmen came out with determination, chasing down the target with confidence. 

Bangladesh reached the winning total of 170/2 in just 18.1 overs, showcasing a dominant performance with the bat. Shanto played a crucial innings, remaining unbeaten with a brilliant 53 runs to his name. Das provided excellent support with a well-crafted 36 runs.

Sri Lanka's bowling efforts were led by Pathirana, who managed to take 2 wickets for 28 runs, but it was not enough to contain the Bangladesh batting lineup.
