Bangladesh U-17 national football team will lock horns with defending champions India in the final of the SAFF U-17 Championship at the Racecourse Ground in Colombo, Sri Lanka today (Sep 27). The match will kick off at 6:30 PM Bangladesh time.
Both teams reached the final with unbeaten records. Bangladesh thrashed Nepal and Sri Lanka by identical 4-0 scorelines in the group stage before defeating Pakistan 2-0 in the semi-final.
India, on the other hand, beat Maldives 6-0, edged Bhutan 1-0, and overcame Pakistan 3-2 before sealing their final berth with a 3-0 win over Nepal.
