DHAKA: Mabia Akhter and Zahura Akhter Reshma have won gold medals in Weight Lifting in the 4th Qatar International Cup on Friday (December 16).

Mabia won the gold in 63-kg category while Reshma won the laurel in 53-kg category.

This was Mabia’s second gold in 2016 as she earned another gold in SA Games in 63-kg category in India.

Earlier, she won silver in 63-kg category in Commonwealth Games 2015.

The fourth edition of Qatar International Cup has begun in December 14.
