Bangladesh set India 265-run target

DHAKA: Bangladesh set a 265-run target for India in the semifial of the ICC Champions Trophy’s 2017 edition at Edgbaston, Birmingham.

They however lost seven wickets in the stipulated 50 overs.

Earlier, India captain Virat Kohli won the toss and elected to field.

Sabbir Rahman, after scoring 19 runs off 21 balls, was caught out off the bowling of Kumar on the fifth ball of the seventh over.

Mushfiqur Rahim scored 61 runs off 85 balls before going back to pavilion.

Tamim Iqbal was later bowled out off the bowling of Jadav on the last ball of the 28th over, after scoring 70 runs off 82 balls.

Bangladesh captain Mashrafe Mortaza and Taskin Ahmed finished the innings unbeaten for the Tigers scoring 30 runs off 25 balls, and 11 runs off 14 balls respectively.
